Variegated plants need more light than their green counterparts, as the white sections don't photosynthesise - in low light the leaves will stay smaller, less divided and greener. Keep it out of direct sun, though, as the pale areas scorch easily. As a relative of Devil's Ivy, it's an easy-going choice for your indoor jungle.
