£7.20Peanut Cactus - Chamaelobivia
The Peanut Cactus is one of those plants that feels a bit playful. Its finger-like stems cluster and trail in soft, segmented shapes that really do resemble peanuts, giving it a more relaxed, informal look compared to taller, upright cacti. It’s compact, textural, and quietly characterful.
Chamaelobivia is a hybrid between Chamaecereus and Lobivia, combining the clustering habit of one with the flowering potential of the other. While these plants can produce bright blooms, the exact flower colour and likelihood of flowering can vary depending on the specific hybrid, so it’s not something we can guarantee.
This plant is also known as the Peanut Cactus.
A bright spot with plenty of indirect light or some direct sun suits it best. Water every 2–3 weeks in spring and summer, allowing the soil to dry out fully between waterings. In autumn and winter, reduce watering significantly.
