Nothing makes us happier than making you happy (cheesy, but it’s true) which is why we do everything we can to provide a positive plant experience from start to finish. Your plant should arrive fresh and healthy - if for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days!
Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it might need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment.
If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a friendly member of the Plant Folk will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to email@example.com. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.
