Delivery
All orders on a standard delivery service are usually delivered within 2-5 working days and are sent on tracked services you can trust by Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD.
We also offer next or named day delivery, allowing you to schedule your delivery on a day which works for you - including Saturday.
We deliver to most of the United Kingdom, however exclusions do apply to parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Isles. If you're unsure whether your address might fall under one of these exclusions, simply email us with your address and the items you're interested and we'll happily put together a quote for delivery, using one of our trusted couriers.

We're sorry to hear that. We're here to help you find it! First we'd recommend checking the tracking link in your email, where you can find the latest updates on your delivery in just a few clicks. However, if you're not able to find the information you need please contact us so our team can look into this for you.
No worries - if you'd like to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If you've placed an order for next day delivery, please call us with your order number and updated delivery address. Please note, if your order is already in progress and has been dispatched, unfortunately it's too late for us to redirect your parcel but we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Don't panic - if you've ordered a selection of products your order may be spread across multiple boxes. This means that occasionally your order could get split up in transit and your items might arrive across a few days. If you've waited patiently and still haven't received your entire order, then please get in touch.
We get it, you're super excited to receive your new plants or flowers, which is why as soon as your order has been dispatched you'll receive a dispatch email containing tracking information to keep you updated on the process of your order.
Returns
To start a return, please contact us at hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your goods, explaining why you would like to return your order. If your return is accepted, we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or not in their original packaging, will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns on flowers, however, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your goods, explaining the issue you have experienced. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or not in their original packaging, will not be accepted.
Once our returns team confirm we have received your parcel and have checked it over, you should receive a refund within 5-7 working days. You'll receive a notification via email that we are processing your return.
Quality issues
Nothing makes us happier, than making you happy - we know it sounds cheesy! But if your plant arrives not looking as fresh and healthy as expected, then please contact us at hello@beardsanddaisies.co.ukwith some photos (showing the full plant) and we will try to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you're a first-time plant parent, it's worth noting that some varieties of plant do need 48 -72 hours to settle into their new home. But if you're worried, we're more than happy to give our guidance and wil resolve this for you as quickly as possible. You can read more about our Happiness Guarantee here.
Your blooms can take 48-72 hours to fully settle in their new home. However if you have concerns about your flowers, please contact us at hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk with some photos (showing the full bouquet) and we'll be happy to offer our guidance to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It's common practice in the plant industry for measurements to be taken from the base of the pot, up to the tallest leaf at the top of the plant when held straight. After measuring, your plant will sit back in its natural positioning, which will come in a little shorter. Plants are living, breathing and constantly growing - just like us - so dimensions can change marginally.
We like to keep things as simple as possible, so if your plant comes with a pot - we'll make it very clear in the product title. Our product descriptions will always state the height of our plant as '(inc. pot)' - but this is industry practice and helps keep things simple when measuring!

It's completely normal for your flowers to look a little on the sad side when they arrive, they're probably thirsty, but dont worry! Perk up your flowers by giving them a trim and putting them in water overnight, they will soon brighten up and be full of life within 48-72 hours.
To guarantee 5-days of freshness when your flowers arrive at your door, we send your flowers in bud. This means they may take 48-72 hours to wake up and fully bloom.
No two flowers are exactly the same, that's why you may see some slight variations in colour and size of stem. We will always try to match your bouquet as closely to the image on our website as possible. If we are unable to match your stems exactly, we will make sure your substitute stems are equally as stunning.

We're pleased to offer a variety of payment methods including Credit/Debit card, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay.
You will be notified if your order is below the minimum order value at checkout.
Our orders are immediately passed onto to our warehouse for processing so that we can ship them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this means that sometimes it is not possible to cancel an order. If you urgently need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible as we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
We're incredibly proud to say that our plants come packaged in 100% recycled or recyclable packaging. Each plant will be individually wrapped by hand, to protect it on its journey. Sending plants is what we do, we've perfected our packaging techniques to ensure that your plants are safe in transit - so don't worry!
Your arrangement will be sent in a specially designed, sustainable box to ensure the most comfortable journey for your blooms and a safe arrival at your door.
If your order needs to be split into more than one delivery, we will let you know and provide tracking information for each delivery, so you know exactly where everything is. Please note, flower and plant deliveries will be sent separately; add ons such as cards or gifts will arrive with your flower order.
Subscriptions
The beauty of our plant subscriptions is that they're a complete surprise! Each month our team of plant folk will select a different plant, which will be a minimum of 12cm in width going up to 18cm and with varying heights. Your decorative ceramic pot will vary each month too, but don't worry - we'll keep it neutral so that it looks great whether it's at home in your kitchen, bedroom or living room!

Plant care
Your plant will be delivered in its plastic nursery pot, but you do not need to take it out of this - instead, simply place the whole plant complete with its plastic pot into your beautiful decorative pot.
When watering your plant, we recommend taking the nursery pot out of your decorative pot. This will allow your plant to thoroughly drain, before your pop your plant back into its decorative pot, and can help prevent root rot.

Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it may need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment, so don't panic and let it settle for 48-72 hours - it'll soon perk up!

We'll give each plant in your order a spritz before they depart on their journey to you, which will help strengthen their roots, encourage growth, fight against disease and will reduce stress in transit.

Have you heard about our 5-day freshness guarantee? We guarantee our flowers for 5 days, however with good flower care, your blooms could last up to 10 days. All stems are different, and some may last longer than others.
We're glad you asked! Some top tips to keep your bouquet bright are: Remove any leaves that fall below the water line. Trim stems at least 3-5cm at a 45 degree angle and again every few days. Refresh your water every few days. Keep blooms in a cool place away from sources of heat, draughts, and fruit or veg.
It's all about the vase! You'll want to find a vase that is roughly half the height of your flower stems. Depending on the type of bouquet, you may want a narrow vase neck to support the stems and keep the shape of the arrangement, just make sure it isn't too tight, damaging the stems!
We use hydrogel to keep your flowers fresh as a... daisy! When you receive your stems, simply wash away the hydrogel in the sink with water. The hydrogel is completely safe for household drains.
Yes! None of our bouquets contain lilies or other blooms that may upset your furry friends, so they are completely safe for them to be around!
Gifts
We kindly ask that you first check the details in your confirmation order email and call us immediately with any amends. Our team will do our very best to update your gift message before the order gets to our warehouse.
You can rest assured, whether you're ordering a gift order or just a treat for yourself, none of the paperwork you receive will include prices.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests to swap plants or pots that are showcased in our set bundles. Instead, all plants and pots are available to be purchased individually.
