The eGift card is emailed to you once you've checked out and includes a voucher code that is redeemable on www.beardsanddaisies.co.uk. Once you've received the email from us you're then free to forward it on to the recipient and add your gift message at the same time (it's not possible to add a gift message for eGift cards at the basket).

Gift cards are valid for 12 months, however they can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift cards are also unable to been redeemed against subscription products.

Please note, you can't use a discount code to buy an eGift card.

If you’re purchasing a greeting card on its own, it will be sent via Royal Mail.
Order before 5pm for same-day dispatch.

We receive regular live plant deliveries directly from our growers, allowing us to prepare and dispatch your plant soon after arrival. This means your plant spends less time in transit or storage, arriving fresher and in better condition.

All plants are carefully packed to stay protected during delivery.

We deliver to most of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to some remote or offshore postcodes, including:

BT, IV, KA, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21–25, BF1

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, just let us know within 30 days. Please include a photo so our team can quickly help with a replacement or refund. Items can also be returned within 30 days for a refund.
