Expiry date 13th July 2026. Proud of our use of local ingredients, we add smoked sea salt from the Dorset Sea Salt Company based on Portland in West Dorset to our fresh caramel. The smoked nature of the sea salt is subtle but just helps to cut through the sweetness of the caramel. Once it has cooled enough, we pipe the caramel into dark chocolate gems and to finish, we hand-decorate the top of each with speckles of naturally coloured cocoa butter.

Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla); sea salt caramel (light muscovado sugar, glucose syrup, butter (milk), fresh Dorset cream (milk), Dorset smoked sea salt).
Made in an environment that handles dairy, gluten, nuts and soya so may contain traces.
Plant height is measured from the base of the nursery pot to the tip of the tallest leaf when held upright.
