Alocasia Zebrina - Zebra Elephant Ear
If you're looking to take your home jungle to the next level - the Alocasia Zebrina is the perfect choice. No prizes for guessing where its common name comes from - of course, its zebra-like striped stem! It’s native to Southeast Asia and makes for a real eye-catching addition to any green family.

The Zebra Elephant Ear can reach one metre in height - but be patient with it, it’s a slow grower.

This plant enjoys a humid environment and loathes cold draughts, so keep it warm and mist it regularly. In the winter months, the Zebra Elephant Ear can go into hibernation, meaning its leaves might die, only to return in abundance in the spring. So don’t be alarmed if it starts to look slightly unhappy!
