The classic Aloe is famed for its skin healing properties. The most valuable part of an Aloe Vera is the clear gel found inside its leaves, which contains 75 health-giving nutrients, perfect for soothing insect bites, burns and sunburn.
Surprisingly hardy, you'll find this houseplant easy to grow - just make sure you don't overwater it. A succulent, the Aloe stores water within its leaves, so won't need watering too often. Even better you save 10% when bought together.

Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it might need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment.
If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a friendly member of the Plant Folk will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.
