One for the person who fills the bird feeder before they put the kettle on. This tube holds five large seed balls mixed with Corn Marigold, Common Poppy, Bird's-foot Trefoil, Corn Cockle, English Cornflower and Common Vetch, a cornfield-style blend that birds, wildlife and pollinators all get something from.
Place them on soil or compost, water well and let them get on with it. Peat-free compost, clay and sand hold each ball together, and the tube is plastic-free.
Think of it as a flower bed with a very enthusiastic audience.
