Hyacinth has a knack for turning up right on cue every Christmas, and this one comes with a small reindeer tucked into its pot for good measure. Its dense spike of flowers carries a scent strong enough to fill a room on its own.
All the energy for that flower spike is already stored in the bulb before it even arrives, so your job is really just to keep the soil lightly moist and let it get on with it.
It's toxic if eaten, so keep it out of reach of pets and small children.
