This product is from our limited range of seconds, meaning that you may spot a few imperfections. They’re still in great condition - we’d never sell you something we don’t think is useable. But in an effort to reduce waste, we still wanted to find this product a home. It’ll just need to be welcomed with a little more understanding. We cannot guarantee which variety of plant you will receive. The plant is likely to have damages to the nursery pot (once in a decorative pot should not be noticeable) and could also have very minor damage to some leaves / the odd missing leaf – so please bear this in mind.

Yay - the world needs more people like you! Wonderful plant folk willing to give a slightly imperfect plant a new home. Read below to learn what to expect from your rescue box.

What’s in the box?
The contents of each box will vary, but we’ll deliver plants that will be structurally sound but may have some surface flaws. You can expect some chips, scuffs or slight damages. Rest assured you will be still able to find a lovely angle for your new plant.

What if I’m unhappy with what I receive?
We won’t be able to offer a refund on any surface imperfections and flaws, but your plant will be in usable condition ready to be potted in their new home.

Small
You will receive 1x small artificial plant with a height between 20-50cm.

Medium
You will received 1x medium artificial plant with a height between 55-99cm.

Large
You will receive 1x large artificial plant with a height 100cm or taller.

Does not include a decorative pot.

It won't surprise you that an artificial plant has very few care needs! But there are a few things you can do to get the best from yours:

• Your plant will come in its own pot, but we recommend placing it in a decorative pot of your choice for stability.
• Give your plant a dusting with a damp cloth every few weeks.
• Our artificial plants are not UV-resistant, so keep yours inside to avoid sun or wind damage and to prevent fading or broken leaves.
• Feel free to bend your plant into position, it can handle it!

For those with low light, pets or for people who are often away from home, keeping living plants just isn't an option. The solution? Fake it!

If you’re purchasing a greeting card on its own, it will be sent via Royal Mail.

Fresh Plant Promise

We receive regular live plant deliveries directly from our growers, allowing us to prepare and dispatch your plant soon after arrival. This means your plant spends less time in transit or storage, arriving fresher and in better condition.

All plants are carefully packed to stay protected during delivery.

We deliver to most of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to some remote or offshore postcodes, including:

BT, IV, KA, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21–25, BF1

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, just let us know within 30 days. Please include a photo so our team can quickly help with a replacement or refund. Items can also be returned within 30 days for a refund.
