What’s in the box?
The contents of each box will vary depending on availability, but we’ll deliver you plants that we trust will be safe in your kind, nurturing hands. While we try to mix things up, please note that if you order multiple Mystery Plants within the same month, it is possible you may receive the same variety. If you need help identifying your Mystery Plant, please email hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk and our helpful customer service team will be able to assist.
What if I’m unhappy with what I receive?
If you want any advice on how to give your plant the best new start, you can always get in touch with our team of Plant Folk.
Just like any other new bundle of joy - unfortunately you won’t be able to get a refund on our Mystery Plant. But why would you want to - the surprise is so worth it.
Please note our Mystery Plant is not covered by our 12 month Plant Guarantee. Minimum RRP of the plant is £20.

Our cut-off date for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery is Saturday 14th March when selecting out Next Day service. Any orders after this date, even if placed with next day delivery, cannot be guaranteed to reach their destination before Mother's Day.

Fresh Plant Promise
We receive regular live plant deliveries directly from our growers, allowing us to prepare and dispatch your plant soon after arrival. This means your plant spends less time in transit or storage, arriving fresher and in better condition.
All plants are carefully packed to stay protected during delivery.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most of the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to some remote or offshore postcodes, including:
BT, IV, KA, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21–25, BF1
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, just let us know within 30 days. Please include a photo so our team can quickly help with a replacement or refund. Items can also be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Nothing makes us happier than making you happy which is why we do everything we can to provide a positive plant experience from start to finish. Your plant should arrive fresh and healthy - if for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days! Find out more here.
