The nature and life cycle of a plant is a complicated thing, as any Plant Parent who's weathered the seasons and their challenges will know. Like any living being, sometimes outdoor plants can fall into a bit of a rough patch. Maybe their leaves start to drop or turn brown. They're essentially going through a hard time and aren't quite looking their best self - hey, we've all been there!
But at the end of the day, our outdoor plants are living, breathing beings. And we believe they deserve to be given a fresh chance and a new home with a patient and kind Plant Parent.
The Beards & Daisies Outdoor Plant Rescue Box gives you the chance to feel like a superhero for the day. Each plant will need a little TLC. It could be something simple, such as a few sunburnt leaves, or maybe it's just looking a little leggy after a tough season.
Ready to rescue? Yay - the world needs more people like you! Wonderful plant folk willing to give a slightly wonky plant a new home. Read below to learn what to expect from your rescue box.
What's in the box? The contents of each box will vary and are picked based on availability, but we'll deliver you outdoor plants that we trust will thrive in your kind, nurturing hands. They may be missing a few leaves, have a snapped stem, or be looking a little windswept - but with a little TLC and the right spot in your garden over the coming months, they'll soon be back to their glorious best. Am I ready to be a plant superhero? Our boxes are recommended for Plant Parents with at least some green fingered experience of outdoor growing. But at Beards & Daisies we're passionate that Plant Parenthood should be enjoyed by everyone - so if you have plenty of patience, a patch of garden or a few pots on a patio, and are keen to learn, we believe anyone can be a superhero!
What if I'm unhappy with what I receive? We want our superheroes to have the best chance of success, so you'll receive plants in different phases of recovery, requiring different levels of outdoor care and support - you've got this!
If you want any advice on how to give your plants the best new start in the great outdoors, you can always get in touch with our team of Plant Folk.
Just like any other new bundle of joy - unfortunately you won't be able to get a refund or replacement on our Outdoor Plant Rescue Boxes. But why would you want to - the rescue journey is so worth it.

Your outdoor plant will be happiest planted into the garden as soon as possible after it arrives, provided the ground isn't frozen or waterlogged.
Spring and autumn are the best seasons for planting, but with a little extra watering, many outdoor plants can also be planted successfully during summer.
Water well after planting, then continue watering regularly for the first few weeks while the roots establish.
Most outdoor plants are chosen to grow outside and can happily stay outdoors all year round. However, this does depend on the specific plant variety and the conditions in your garden.
