The characteristic white bloom of the Peace Lily is said to be how it received its common name, representing the white flags of a ceasefire. An ideal choice for anyone new to plant parenting, it makes the perfect gift in a stylish ceramic ribbed pot, with our own B&D mister.

The Peace Lily is recognised as one of the best plants for improving air quality, known to remove nasty toxins from the air. The flowers of a Peace Lily are in fact specially adapted leaves called a bract. It is native to South America and from the same family as a Flamingo Flower. Water your plant regularly, when its soil feels dry but reduce your watering schedule in the colder winter months - the Peace Lily is far more tolerant of underwatering, than overwatering!

These pots are glazed and finished by hand, which means you may notice some minor imperfections such as small surface bubbles or light variations in colour.

Returns

If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
