Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.

Flower and plant deliveries will be sent separately; add ons such as cards or gifts will arrive with your flower order. You'll receive dispatch emails containing tracking information to keep you updated on the process of your deliveries.

I'm perfect for those new to plant parenthood
I have only recently been able to keep plants alive and with my new found confidence have become a returning customer to Beards and Daisies. Packaged so well, plants arrive happy and healthy and I can definitely tell which I have put in the right place- one is growing so fast I think I need to repot it!
My first order had 1 wrong plant in and hasn’t been addressed but that isn’t the end of the world to me.
I bought the pet friendly bundle with pots. 2 out of 4 plants seem to be robust and in good health for now, one though has had leaves falling off from the moment it arrived and the other sad looking one I think is just in a bit of shock and should buck up.
The plastic planter supplied as 1 of the 4 pots despite all best intentions, looks cheap and nasty wherever it goes, so will have to bin and get ceramic. Lovely idea, but have now got a few additional jobs to try to sort out as best we can, which wasn’t what we thought we were paying a premium for.
The ceramic planters on the 3 are very nice though.
All in all though £80+ for 3 good ceramic pots and a healthy prayer plant and a healthy spider plant is a bit strong.
Having had little houseplant success so far we thought the unkillable collection was perfect for us. A week in and they are still happy so fingers crossed. Plants were very well packed and survived the delivery journey well. They were also dispatched quickly. Thank you for a smooth process.
