Wisteria floribunda 'Rosea' - Wisteria floribunda 'Rosea'
The Wisteria floribunda 'Rosea' is a Japanese wisteria with some of the longest flower clusters of any climbing plant - up to 60cm of pale pink to rose blossom hanging in cascades in late spring, with a lovely sweet scent. The Rosea is a little slower to establish than Chinese wisteria, but longer-lived and arguably more refined. The same pruning routine applies: cut back in August and again in late winter to keep it building up flowering spurs rather than endless leafy growth. Plant against a warm, sunny wall with a strong support and it'll be one of the best things in your garden.

Your outdoor plant will be happiest planted into the garden as soon as possible after it arrives, provided the ground isn't frozen or waterlogged.
Spring and autumn are the best seasons for planting, but with a little extra watering, many outdoor plants can also be planted successfully during summer.
Water well after planting, then continue watering regularly for the first few weeks while the roots establish.
Most outdoor plants are chosen to grow outside and can happily stay outdoors all year round. However, this does depend on the specific plant variety and the conditions in your garden.
