Prunus 'Victoria' Patio Plum - Prunus domestica 'Victoria'
The Prunus 'Victoria' is the nation's favourite plum, in a form that works on a patio or in a small garden. The Victoria patio plum produces reliably heavy crops of sweet, golden-red fruit in late summer, with pretty white blossom in spring. Grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock, it's compact enough for a large container without any compromise on fruiting. Self-fertile, so you don't need a second tree. Water well while the fruit is forming and give it a general-purpose feed in spring - beyond that, it looks after itself.

Your outdoor plant will be happiest planted into the garden as soon as possible after it arrives, provided the ground isn't frozen or waterlogged.
Spring and autumn are the best seasons for planting, but with a little extra watering, many outdoor plants can also be planted successfully during summer.
Water well after planting, then continue watering regularly for the first few weeks while the roots establish.
Most outdoor plants are chosen to grow outside and can happily stay outdoors all year round. However, this does depend on the specific plant variety and the conditions in your garden.
