This hardy houseplant has very pretty heart shaped foliage, hence the name! This is a vine type plant which grows long, wispy trails. Native to South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. A low maintenance houseplant that is good for new plant parents. This pretty plant comes with a perfectly fitting ribbed ceramic pot to display it within.
