Rosa 'New Dawn' is the one everyone falls for. A vigorous climbing rose that's been scrambling over walls and fences since 1930, and she still gets admired every single time. Give her a wall, a fence or an obelisk and she'll reward you with armfuls of soft blush-pink blooms from June onwards. Around her feet, nepeta and scabiosa tumble and weave in lavender blues while salvia holds its own with months of rich colour and a fragrance that ties the whole border together.
The rose needs something to climb - wall, fence or obelisk. Have your support ready before she arrives. She's worth the preparation.
