This one has a little trick up its sleeve. The Epipremnum pinnatum 'Albo Variegata' is a climbing houseplant that starts with simple, pointed leaves before developing those distinctive deep splits as it matures. Add the white and cream variegation — different on every leaf, from fine speckling to whole half-white sections — and you'll have a very different-looking plant further down the line.
The Epipremnum pinnatum 'Albo Variegata' has already been trained up a 125cm moss pole, giving its aerial roots something to grip and the plant a head start as it climbs. The more mature it becomes, the bigger and more divided its leaves can be.
Keep it in bright indirect light and water when the top of the soil has dried out. Variegated plants need more light than their green counterparts, as the white sections don't photosynthesise - in low light the leaves will stay smaller, less divided and greener. Keep it out of direct sun, though, as the pale areas scorch easily. As a relative of Devil's Ivy, it's an easy-going choice for your indoor jungle. Toxic if eaten, so keep it away from pets and small children.
