What’s in the box?
The contents of each box will vary, but we’ll deliver pots that will be structurally sound but may have some surface flaws. You can expect some chips, scuffs or glaze imperfections. Some pots may be missing a stand. Rest assured you will be still able to find a lovely angle for your new pots.
14-16cm Imperfect Pot Bundle
You’ll receive 3 imperfect pots (roughly 14-16cm width) ready for their new home.
17-21cm Pot Imperfect Pot Bundle
You’ll receive 2 imperfect pots (roughly 17-21cm width) ready for their new home.
23cm Imperfect Pot
You’ll receive 1 imperfect pot (roughly 23cm width) ready for its new home.
25cm Imperfect Pot
You’ll receive 1 imperfect pot (roughly 25cm width) ready for its new home.
What if I’m unhappy with what I receive?
We won’t be able to offer a refund on any surface imperfections and flaws, but your pots will be in usable condition ready to meet their new plant companion.Standard Delivery - £3.99 (Under £30) or £4.99 (Over £30)

Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
Sending a gift? Add a gift message at checkout, printed on a stylish card. Also, we won't include any paperwork with prices on!
Nothing makes us happier than making you happy (cheesy, but it’s true) which is why we do everything we can to provide a positive plant experience from start to finish. Your plant should arrive fresh and healthy - if for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days!
Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it might need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment.
If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a friendly member of the Plant Folk will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to hello@beardsanddaisies.co.uk. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.
